Equipped For More was created by Success Coach Trechelle Rucker to encourage and inspire others to move from where they are to where they want to be.
Trechelle writes:
As a young girl I would always set goals for my future. Finally I was living my childhood dreams, a nice home, nice cars, a loving husband, two beautiful children and able to work from home. A successful life as some may call it. It looked great on the outside and it was wonderful for a while but then I begin to feel STUCK.
As I was getting older and entering my forties, my life started to feel mundane. I was living the life everyone else thought I should be living. I remember hearing friends saying “WAIT UNTIL YOU TURN 40” as if my life was going to be magically fulfilled. Well I turned 40 and nothing exciting happened!! I did began to feel like I was being called for something more, but what? I had a different vision for my life now but it wasn’t as easy to obtain like it was in my 20’s and 30’s, heck I couldn’t even lose 5lbs in a week like I use to back then. Now that I’m in my forties are there different rules I needed to follow? It was time to do a self check to move from where I was to where I wanted to be, but how?
Eager to live the next stage of my life as my authentic self, I was compelled to grow, be more and have more. So, for many years my life has been dedicated to my own personal growth. Taking the necessary steps needed to move forward, I made some successful changes in my life.
Now my passion is assisting others to pursue the next step and getting equipped for more with the tools they need. I am committed to helping others to achieve and sustain their goals and move into action to have the life they really want.
I believe that coaching is a way for me to invest in the lives of others who also have the desire to grow and a readiness for change.
My favorite client is one who is committed to finding his or her own new level of living. One who’s looking at the future and not sure if their taking the step in the right direction, or wondering what should be their next step, but they do know they want to make a move from where they are now!!

Today Trechelle lives a fulfilled life in Riverside California with her husband, daughter, son and two minature dogs. She enjoys wine consuming, laughing and hanging with family and friends (usually all at the same time). Trechelle also enjoys putting together a vision board/goal poster for herself and has involved her family and friends in creating their own when they get together at the annual New Year’s Eve party she and her husband gives.
