How does it work:
Life coaching can be an incredible experience of self discovery.
We will be working together to help you discover and reach your biggest goals and turn past failures into future wins.
We will create a plan of action to get you a clear vision of your next step to your desired success. We will uncover the path you choose to be on and equip you with the tools you need to knock down any road blocks.
Our one on one coaching is unique to your specific needs. It will allow you to expand your thinking and build awareness. Each week we will assess our strategies figure out what went well and what needs to be tweaked.
My job is to listen, stretch you, help you design a plan that’s best for you and hold you accountable in the way you want to be held accountable. My personal perspective on going after your goals…
- If you never take the steps to reach your goals, someone will hire you to help them reach theirs.
- People with goals succeed because they know where they are going.
- Go after your goals not to be better than anyone else, but to be better than you use to be.
The coaching sessions are done over the phone and are completely confidential. We will set up a specific time to talk. Each session will be between 30-55 minutes once a week. There will be tools for you to use to help equip you for your journey.
